Start with reading JustInBasil's site especially the deckbuilding guide as it will walk you through the process of building a competitive deck and understanding current decklists, looking through lists on both Limitless sites as well as from the suggested You Tubers who will also help with showing you how the decks are played before giving them a try either via proxy printing or PTCGL as not all decks will click. Once you are ready for competitive decks or if you're wanting to start straight in at this point this resources list (linked in the post as but linking here so it's easy to find) will help whether irl or online play with links to a lot of useful resources. I would suggest that you start off with netdecking regardless of the level you are at so you get time to get used to what the staples are and what the meta is like as well especially as learn to play decks are constructed very differently to competitively built decks. Suggest you have a read of this post as it takes you through from learning to play, the next step up and onto competitively built decks including what to buy (and an option for not buying that much) and some resources that will help along the way and which will give you an overview of the game. Not an ETB as pulls are just too inconsistent for deckbuilding purposes and apart from the products suggested below it's better to buy the singles you need.
